GIVE ONLINE: We offer a secure contribution portal through our website. Many people find this a convenient and safe way to give their tithes and offerings. Just click this icon to give online.

IN THE FBJ APP: Tap the Giving icon at the bottom of the screen in the FBJ App, and follow the instructions to give through the FBJ App.

SUNDAY GIVING: You can place your contribution in the offering plates when they are passed during the service.

IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE: If you prefer to give your tithes or offerings in person, our business office is open during the week from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

BY TEXT: “Text to Give” is an easy way to give. To get started, text 601-255-1717 and enter an amount that you want to give. If it’s your first time, you’ll be prompted for information.

First Baptist Jackson is blessed by the contributions of members as well as others as we GATHER, GROW, GIVE, and GO to bring Joy to Jackson. In preparation for 2024 year-end giving, please note the following information based on regulations of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS):

• All year-end contributions received at the church by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, OR received in the offering plate on Sunday, December 29, 2024, OR received in an envelope postmarked on or before December 31, 2024, OR made online through the FBJ website or church app before 11:59 p.m. (CST) on December 31, 2024, will be added to your 2024 giving statement. Please note that a check delivered in-person to the church on or after January 1, 2025, or received in an envelope postmarked on or after January 1, 2025, or received online on or after January 1, 2025, cannot be backdated and added to your giving statement in 2024. 

• Year-end contributions in the form of stock must be transferred to and received by the church’s brokerage account on or before December 31, 2024, to be added to your 2024 giving statement. Any contribution in the form of stock received on or after January 1, 2025, in the church’s brokerage account will be added to your 2025 giving statement.

• For your convenience, Dr. Billy Stewart, Executive Pastor for Administration, will be stationed in the preschool drive-through on Tuesday, December 31, from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. to receive your year-end contribution.
