Dress-A-Child is a ministry of FBJ that provides resources for families and school clothes for the children who have a parent currently incarcerated. In addition to providing clothes, we have representatives from the social services, legal, medical, and family support communities to answer questions and help navigate families to needed resources.
Caregivers and children attending the event will be greeted by volunteers and enjoy a light breakfast while hearing encouraging and inspirational information from our community partners, before being provided with clothing to help them have a great start to the school year. Volunteers are needed to welcome attendees, pair with families, serve food, make crafts, and play in the gym.
