My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and trusting environment so that families and individuals can process through the many seasons of life and difficulties that come with it.
My experience is working with individuals, couples and families. I am skilled in working with individual issues such as self-esteem, grief, relationships, depression, post-partum depression, anxiety, and abuse.
I also work with couples dealing with issues related to communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, sexuality, and divorce. I am also trained in pre-marital counseling.
When working with families, I address issues relating to parenting, life stages, and adjustment (adolescence/teen, college, young adulthood, new baby, empty nest).
