History
The idea for a library for our church was conceived by Ralph Hester and Henry Love. The first book was accessioned on February 8, 1943 (A History of the Baptist of the United States). Three church librarians have served in this role: Myrtice Foster (1943-1963), Mrs. Ed Lewis (1963-1996), and Mrs. Barbara Westerfield (1996-Present).
