On May 1, join with other people of faith and pray for our nation. The mission of the National Day of Prayer is to mobilize prayer in America and to encourage personal repentance and righteousness in the culture.

The 2014 Theme: "ONE VOICE, UNITED IN PRAYER" which is based on Romans 15:6: “So that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Opportunities to Participate in the National Day of Prayer
  • Pray in the Sanctuary. Our Sanctuary will be open for prayer from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. Prayer guides will be available or you can download one here.
  • Gather on the Capital's south steps at noon. Join other people of faith on the south steps of the State Capitol at noon on May 1. Governor Bryant will be giving the National Day of Prayer proclamation. Bring a lawn chair and the event will last one hour. Let us come together united as one body, one spirit to lift. up the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and pray for the Church, Family, Business, Government, Military, Education, Media/Entertainment.
